We’re honored to welcome Rachel Wilson, Managing Director and Chief Data Officer at Morgan Stanley Wealth Management, as our keynote speaker at Secure Dallas 2025. Rachel leads cybersecurity efforts to protect sensitive client data, ensure operational resilience, and combat fraud. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she spent 15 years at the NSA, where she led high-level cyber and counterterrorism operations in the U.S. and abroad. Rachel is widely recognized as a trailblazer in both national security and financial technology.
